Product Overview
PowerNox™ TDP helps limit oxidative degradation during thermal processing and supports color retention and processing stability. The TDS describes applications across several polymer systems, coating formulations and selected lubricants.
Key Features
- Phenol-free liquid trialkyl phosphite.
- Functions as a secondary antioxidant and processing stabilizer.
- Helps maintain color consistency during thermal processing.
- Supports initial color and clarity in rigid and plasticized PVC.
- Helps reduce oxidative discoloration and processing scorch in polyurethane foams.

Typical Applications
- Polyolefins, polyurethanes, PVC, ABS and PET.
- Coating formulations.
- Selected lubricant formulations requiring phosphite-based stabilization.
Technical Considerations
The suggested TDS dosage is 0.1–2.0%. The optimum level depends on the polymer, processing conditions and required stabilization performance.
Keep the container tightly closed and protect the product from moisture. The original TDS gives a 12-month shelf life from manufacture in unopened packaging under the stated storage conditions.
