Product Overview
SiSiB® CS1008 promotes the spreading of condensed moisture into a more uniform water film. This helps reduce light scattering from discrete droplets and maintain glass clarity. The clear, slightly yellow liquid is intended for dilution before spray-on or wipe-on application.
Key Features
- Promotes a more uniform film of condensed moisture on glass.
- Helps maintain transparency with reduced rainbow-like streaking.
- Nonionic and dispersible in water.
- Suitable for diluted spray-on and wipe-on treatments.

Typical Applications
- Automotive windscreens and windows.
- Architectural window glass and glass mirrors.
- Glass-care formulations and diluted surface treatments.
Technical Considerations
The TDS gives a reference dilution of 1 part CS1008 with 5–15 parts deionized water or ethanol. Deionized water is suggested for general applications; ethanol may be selected when faster drying is needed. Direct use of the undiluted concentrate is not recommended.
Clean the glass before treatment. Apply the diluted formulation evenly, wipe gently and allow it to dry. Confirm compatibility, film uniformity and optical clarity on the intended glass before full-scale use.
