Product Overview
The TDS describes a flexible 30 Shore A elastomer and a compression-set value measured after the stated post-cure condition.
Key Features
- A two-component, addition-curing liquid silicone rubber for injection-molded gaskets and flexible sealing components.
Physical Properties
| Property | Reported value |
|---|---|
| Hardness | 30 Shore A |
| Elongation at break | 650% |
| Compression set (22 h, 175°C; specimens post-cured 200°C, 4 h) | 18% |
Selected values from the original TDS. Refer to that document for conditions and whether values are typical or specification limits.
Typical Applications
- Injection-molded silicone gaskets and plug-in sealing components.
Technical Considerations
Mix A and B at a 1:1 ratio and keep the mixture below 35°C before molding. A reference cure is 130°C for 5 minutes; actual time depends on part thickness. The compression-set value requires the stated post-cure. Typical values are not specifications; consult the SDS.
